My career in Nutritional Therapy began after visiting a Nutritional Therapist for my own health problems. For most of my adult life I was overweight and although I had tried every diet going, was slowly getting bigger and collecting niggling health complaints along the way. I was tired all the time, had no “get up and go”, my skin and hair were lack-lustre, I had digestive issues and chronic low-level pain after an operation.
My health was deteriorating and after the birth of my son I knew that I had to find a way back to health and vitality. I discovered Nutritional Therapy and within a few weeks I was seeing my weight fall and my chronic pain had disappeared.
Nutritional Therapy really has transformed my health and my life and as a Nutritional Therapist myself I am now able to pass on my valuable knowledge to my family and to my clients, helping them on their journey back to health and vitality.

I hold the Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from the Institute of Optimum Nutrition in Richmond, London.
I am a full member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), a professional body, which imposes a strict code of ethics and practice on its members.
I am a registered member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC). The CNHC ensures that therapists are properly trained, qualified and insured and that they abide by the CNHC’s Code of Conduct.
