From experience, I know that one-off appointments are unlikely to help you. My programmes include nutritional therapy and motivational support so that not only are you informed, but you will also learn how to successfully implement your new lifestyle.
The length of your programme will depend on your current status and what you would like to achieve, but will typically start with an initial 12 weeks.

Menu plans and seasonal recipes relevant to your health goals
Review of weekly food diaries - feedback and personalised guidance
Recommendations for clinical tests, including review and interpretation of results, where applicable
Current medication and nutrients interaction evaluation, if applicable
