Raw Chocolate Brownies

Makes about 20.

Note - 1 or 2 is a portion, not 20!!


190g almond pulp (use leftover pulp from almond milk)

240g pitted dates

50g raw cacao powder, or unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2tsp sea salt

1 tsp vanilla extract (not essence)


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend at high speed for about 15 seconds, or until combined.

Roll into walnut sized balls and place in the fridge to set.

Enjoy with a cup of herbal tea, but not all at once!
