Excess Weight – is it just a physical mass that is surrounding your body, or is there something more to it than that? 

If you want to eat when you're not hungry, you're hungry for something else

Does it stop something, some part of you from being seen, from escaping, from living life to the full?  Is this something holding you back, keeping you small, protected, supported in an unhealthy way? Does it sap your energy, your motivation, your zest for life?
